More about Olive Wood
The olive woods we used to make handles are from North Africa. We choose the best quality wood before having them cut into platelets but our production is made by hand. For this reason the handle are all different. There may be different veining and more or fewer nodes according to the knives.
You can occasionally wipe the wood with a cloth soaked in cooking oil to make it shine.
